May we ask you some questions?

Yes, even before we click the mouse to start making your website, we have to ask questions which we call needs analysis. We pay particular attention to your answers and study the details. Our graphic designers may want to know your preferred color or your company color, your company logo, your particular design.

The programmers may ask the type of functionalities you may want, static, dynamic, php, flash animations, mysql, identifying your frontend and backend programming needs.

We do not make our own conclusions and assumptions to come up with a quotation, we try to scrutinize and analyze your requirements to come up with a proper quotation so you do not feel overpriced. We explain the whole process to you to make everything on the level.

Then we start on your project making sure you understand, both our requirements, and your needs and all costs have been approved by you.

We then present our designs and consult you for any suggestions regarding contents, but all the while keeping track on its functionality and graphics design. Then, when we are both satisfied, it goes back to you for your final approval.

The final design having been approved, we start our quality management analysis program. We make sure the graphic designs, the colors, are approved and the backend programs have no broken links, bugs and the contents checked.

In the course of our presentation, we realize that sometimes our approved objectives are not as good as expected. Of course, we are flexible and we agree to change any contents during this developmental stage. At this point, customer's satisfaction is our primary concern.

Then, when we have complied with all your requirements, and all changes which have been approved by you has been satisfied, this is passed on to our quality management analysis programmer for final checking and approval. From here, we now ask for your final imprimatur to upload to the server. We then launch your website.

We now stand behind our product to insure your total satisfaction.
